We must train our people! We need competent employees!
Despite acknowledging people need to be trained, most of us seem to feel that training employees is a job that should be left to others. Most myths that linger in today’s organisation are not true; so, let’s go through some of the common myths versus the reality of learning and development.
The MTDP 3.0 trainees were tasked to produce a Wall Mural for the new pantry at Level 2 of CMS HQ Office. So what did they come up with?
Our 3rd batch of Management Trainees successfully completed their year-long training at the end of March 2017. Out of 19 trainees who came from diverse backgrounds, 16 were offered a position with CMS.
This year’s CMS Management Trainee Development Programme (MTDP) received an overwhelming response, with over 400 applicants applying from various the professional and academic backgrounds; all keen to secure a place in the programme.
